At an absolute stretch I’d say she is so naturally pretty that they skimped on post production retouching of the shoot and sadly because people nowadays expect airbrushed images, these shots stand out.
 

There is perhaps a larger debate to be had about the usage of airbrushing in media having gone so far in 2023, that to NOT have it and to see actual pores instead looks abnormal to some.
