Even if you think Beyoncé has some internalized racism/insecurities regarding her skin tone, you can’t believe she’d be dumb enough to set herself up for attacks after she’s spent a decade deliberately emphasizing her commitment to Black culture and Black aesthetics. 
 

Like that’d be an uncharacteristically foolish misunderstanding of her own brand and career. You’d have to be slow to think she’d make that pivot.

Great journalists can distinguish what is and what isn’t in their wheelhouse to cover. TMZ is a rag and whoever that journalist is needs to check themselves
