ttsmu Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 We love her again Rest in peace beautiful Ana
dawnettakins Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 It's definitely good she did this, what a PR nightmare this all has been. And for something where the focus should be on the girl who died, not the back and forth. Now that has been settled, everyone should let the poor family finally grieve in peace. 1
Dear Reader Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 Ana’s family is at the VIP tent tonight, which makes the Washington Post article true

Hope she's able to really help them. It's not a "meet and greet", she invited them to give her condolences in person. Don't try to spin an act of decency into condecending narcissism, that's tasteless. She donated to the family. Edited November 27, 2023 by Popboi. 3 1
Trainwreck Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 Great, we can now move on and let the family grieve Ana's passing in peace without a bunch of weirdos using her death as a Weapon to try and drag Taylor. Rest in peace beautiful Ana, you are greater than the whole sky 🖤 6

More Than A Melody Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 On the one hand, it's truly so so good that she reached out, helped them, met them, etc. On the other hand, I don't know how I'd feel going to the concert my child didn't get to watch because she was dying, just a few days later. What I'm saying has nothing to do with Taylor, she was 100% in the right inviting them. It was up to them to take her up on it or not and I super respect that she gave them the chance. I'm also not judging her family for doing it at all. Everyone grieves the way they do. To some people this could be therapeutic and truly help them. I just personally think I'd feel so devastated... I don't know, it's just so sad. This didn't have to happen. Ana couldn't see her favorite artist and lost her life, her entire future. Her best friend had to watch her die and now has to live with that trauma. Her family is now not allowed to grow old with her. Taylor herself has to carry that trauma. And all because some greedy suits at the event organizer wanted to be petty and save some bucks. The more I think about it the sadder I get. 1 1
More Than A Melody Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 I just read back on the last few pages of this thread, since I last commented. Oh my god, you people are NOT okay. Someone DIED. Can both Swifties and haters just... shut up? Mostly haters in this thread, tbh. Like, the way some of y'all are acting like someone stole your candy because you can't attack her over this anymore is bizarre. Swifties should also not engage in this sort of stan war on this subject. I understand why you feel compelled to, but rise above it. 1

Is there anyone from Brazil can educate us more on this? Anyway each person will have different way to deal with grief. Please dont judge them if the way they grief is not the same as your way.

I feel like it's kinda instinctive to smile in photos and I feel like experiencing the show might bring them some closure considering it was something their daughter was looking forward for months and wasn't something she was able to complete in life. Funerals in Brazil usually take place the next day, or at most, 2 days after the death (or, in this case, after the arrival of the body in the place the funeral is taking place) so people move on with their daily activities faster (which doesn't mean they're not sad or not mourning but people try to come back to their routine) 1
Great808 Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 Someone dies at her show to see her so she makes up for it by inviting the victim’s family to come see HER. It seriously doesn’t get more narcissistic than THAT. 24
queenoftheclouds Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 I think they went to that Concert to thank her for everything she did.

Just admit you hate her, so even if she do what is right you will find a way to drag and hate her. Stupid OTH Edited November 27, 2023 by Anti-Hero 1
