Well I think this says more about The Grammys lack of judgment because it's clear who the best new artist was, the more successful one.

In order to have something you have to have it at some point. Christina lost her drive for artistic growth but out of the two she was the only one who ever had it.

Rightfully so.. She deserved that award, and all her other Grammies as well, for her talent, not for selling X amount of records. Damn at the insecurities some of y'all have, acting like it's your own career, not the career of another artist. Britney must've felt like a lost little girl when she was done lipsynching BOMT at the Grammys, and then turning her mic on to accept the Grammy only to realize she was a loser. How embarrassing. 

 

Britney has had a more successful lipsynching career though, so in the end she won.
