With pop culture as fragmented as it was, it says alot that she's that worshiped and adored while also more overexposed than ever.

I see the 9% with the very negative views have begun to arrive! Welcome to stats class, children, today we’re learning how sampling works!

Except her favorability ratings among Black and Latino voters specifically are even higher than her general favorability or her favorability among White voters only:

Of course I wouldn't have needed to point this out for you if you had clicked on the cited article in the OP yourself instead of making an uninformed and false comment. :lakitu:

God I love empirical evidence :ahh:

Interesting how it's also not going along with the Republicans narrative. :lakitu:

Hold that last laugh, it’s 1000 registered-voters on a marginalized NBC poll. It’s not that funny.  :kitty:

It's not like it's the first poll giving these same results. It's another one, again, showing the same thing.

~1,000 is the generally accepted sample size to be statistically representative of the US adult population within a margin of error of roughly 3% (in this poll’s specific case, 3.10%) using a typical confidence interval of 95%.

So marginalized that the voters of colours are being more positive than the "certain race"? Gurl, you tried it.

Not NBC pushing this article with a measly 1,000 votes to try and “confirm” that Taylor Swift is the most-liked public figure. Must be a slow news day. Must be published by a Swiftie. :gaycat7:

Out of those 1,000 people they collected results from, I’m sure everyone and their ancestors are ok :rip:

How many people do you think are typically surveyed in such polls? Quickly.

This is completely standard in nature.

You know how polls work, right? Your obsession with Taylor can’t make you that blind, right?

Fun fact: my iPhone corrected « polls » into « pills » which is… interesting here :cm:

They need to move the goalpost for it to be a National Census poll, of course.

Again, this is a valid sample size for assessing the opinion of American registered voters (also it’s not an article with votes, but rather a poll conducted with standard surveying techniques). You can even look it up yourself! There are countless articles over the years explaining why samples for American national polls are approximately 1,000 people.

Here’s a short one to get you started:
