Peak Now Posted November 19, 2023 Posted November 19, 2023 This is just a lose-lose situation, postpone/cancel the shows and people don't get there money's worth, go on with the show and... risk people's lives? Wait how are these comparable 1

OH so you're saying this is just about her avoiding being sued and nothing to do with the welfare of her fans. That makes sense! 1 1 1 6

It's entirely on people who knew about the heat, the tragic disasters yesterday and *still* chose to line up in this extreme heat. At this point they just set themself up to suffer. 1

That makes sense! Okay, I now see we have no interest in engaging in this topic with sincerity. Taylor Swift is one human being at the centre of an international firestorm trying to manage a million competing interests under immense pressure and emotional strain, not just a character for you to make simplistic commentary on as you please. 10

Into The Void Posted November 19, 2023 Posted November 19, 2023 Best would have been to have postponed from yesterday but I suppose they weren't able to make that call. It's a lose- lose situation but at least people will be safe 1

Oh please, you have exposed yourself to be a complete obtuse nonserious individual from other threads (imagine saying things like "you can just violate the terms of your contract" so nonchalantly). Or the fact that you being an OTH is known since ages. It's completely grossed how you could be so annoyingly insensitive to the suffers of thousands of people, Taylor included, in this clearly unprecedented scorching disaster. And for what, "sis"? The lack of empathy is frankly alarming. 5
Cloröx Posted November 19, 2023 Posted November 19, 2023 I'm confused, this situation is bad for both fans and Taylor herself but why some KatyCats and Liddos are celebrating it 2

brazil Posted November 19, 2023 Posted November 19, 2023 The right decision was made to postpone the show. Could've been done earlier, but it's what it is, why were people even queuing in the heat after what happened the day before.

Not sure what your point is here.
