It's postponed only 2 days, not cancelled (when the heatwave is gone). Her team tried their best to counter the extreme heat but it's been only getting worse during the afternoon and some people already suffered effects from dehydration. Not the best timing, but her team tried to make it work.

State government was the one who cancelled it and then announced that it will go forward on Monday. State government likely had threshold of medical incidents they would allow before cancelling the store. Same thing happens with other artists.

Exactly!! This leg (South America) has been a mess but Mexico (North America) went smoothly so they need to use the right terms. 
 

I agree the decision should’ve been announced sooner, I don’t know who has the final say on these things or why they waited that long, but either way it’s for the best
