It wasn’t thrown out because he wasn’t credible it was thrown out because he was requesting ushers medical documents.

 

I also know he isn’t lying cause he said he met usher at the Korean spa in Koreatown. I believe it cause there is a very cruisy Korean spa that a few Celeb men have went to! They will usually come very early or very late at night when many people aren’t there.

In 2017 usher was sued for herpes. One of the accusers was a man. Said he met usher at a Korean spa in la and they had sexual relations there.
