How people claim Britney (and Christina - not mentioned in this thread tho) are 90s artists is beyond me. 99% of their careers have not been in the 1990s. 

 

Mariah has 11 songs from the 90s which have surpassed 100 million streams. I believe this is one of the biggest totals out of any female artists 1990s material.

That's too bad honey, both debuted in the decade of the 90s and are american and Britney has more overall.

they debuted in the 90s, but only have very few songs from the 90s above 100m.

The title (before the numerous changes since OP was proven wrong) was that Britney was the 90s act to have the most songs with 100M+ streams. Of course I'm writing it out better because the title in itself was a mess, which later changed to female, which later changed to American, which later changed to solo to whatever is there now.

Makes sense - an artist in the late 90s is more likely to be relevant in the streaming era than someone debuting in the earlier of the 90s
