lonnie Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 Eminem 88 Shakira 45 Jay Z 37 Britney 21 She's still doing well but she's not the biggest streaming artist from the 90s. 2 1
Ms. Togekiss Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 Trying to read the thread title gave me an aneurysm 2
Klein Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 Change the title to "Britney is the American female from the 90s with the most songs over 100M streams" for accuracy. 1 3
Maneater Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 ‘Only female artist with the most songs over 100m’ doesn’t make any sense 4

Alexz Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 American from the 90s? Is there a Bristish or Canadian with more?

vale9001 Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 (edited) 8 albums of 9 are 2000s albums Saying she's in competition with the 90s act like Mariah, Janet, Whitney Is kinda unfair. Edited November 15, 2023 by vale9001 1

Erreur2 La Nature Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 (edited) She's only behind Shakira when it comes to streams, compared to other females that debuted before the 2000's. 17 minutes ago, vale9001 said: 8 albums of 9 are 2000s albums 90's: 1 album 00's : 5 albums 10's : 3 albums By the way she could have debuted on December 31st, 1999 it would still make her an artist who debuted in the 90's. I'm unsure why ATRL is often trolling about this, for several female artists. Edit: My comment and yours are both wrong considering (I always forget that but) each decade officially starts on January 1st 1991/2001/2021 etc. So that makes 4 out of 9 albums in the decade you speak of. stevyy Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 Mariah has: from the 90s: 11 All I want for Christmas Is You Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) Fantasy Always be my Baby Without You O Holy Night Hero One Sweet Day My All When you Believe Heartbreaker Congrats for Britney for being bigger in the 90s than Mariah. <3 Her debut album came out in January of 1999. She only needed 11 months to surpass Mariah's 10 years, I guess. 21 songs from the 90s is impressive with just one album. I never knew BOMT was such a long album. Is it every single track that has surpassed 100 million? 2

Shakira’s breakthrough album and its singles charted in the U.S. billboard Latin charts starting in 1996 and songs like Antología and Estor Aquí both have over 100 million streams. 1
