poll Song and Record of the Year: 1999

Thought it could be fun and something different for us to go through year by year and see whether or not ATRL agrees with the Academy’s Song and Record of the Year choices. Decided to start with 1999, as it seems like a year when most members ought to be at least passingly familiar with the majority of the nominees. 
 

The Academy awarded both categories to the iconic “My Heart Will Go On,” but will ATRL agree?

From memory of being a young child don’t miss a thing was Huge cause Armageddon and My Heart will go on was huge cause titanic. 
 

I guess…..Celine won by a margin? 
 

Boy is Mine is such a cult classic as well.
