I make it with bulgur as well (ezo gelin corbasi I believe it's called), though I've adapted it to my own liking. But only puree the lentils and let the bulgur cook in the already pureed soup for some texture! Then garnish on top with melted butter and chili flakes (or cayenne). I also put dried dill and sumac on top.

Absolutely, it’s one of my favorite meals for Fall-Winter-Spring. The only time I don’t have it much is Summer.
