I only cook white meat at home and sometimes pork. I stop eatting beef (except when i go to a steak restaurant ) for the environment.

Nothing like fried chicken, but I absolutely LOVE Lamb vindaloo as well.

 

I’m not big on pork, I do use it when I make hamburgers combined with beef just because it’s more rich in flavour.
