go independent! the **** my fave Denis went through being signed to a label that gave him dust and controlled him .. since he went independent I got 1 album (3 music videos) and 2 solo songs while on the label he only got to release 1 song and a random surprise drop album that flopped.

I enter a relationship with a famous celebrity and we have a messy breakup. My nudes leak. The hype is through the roof.

 

I release my lead single and it debuts at #1. The label begins to trust my instincts and I release the album I wanted. It tops the charts.

Well first things first, if I have a massive tan base I would leak that **** and trust that the little Bahbylonians would make the leak take off on TT, but not until they send my label hate tweets and hateful IG DMs

Assuming the scrap wasn't scrapped for a reason (like, me thinking it truly devalues my artistry), i'd release it and hope they are right and it smashes. And if i'm still feeling the album after all that i'll still push for it's release when i'm done with whatever comes out of that jingle (even if it means a totally different album being released before the one i intended)

I am Sky Ferreira, so I continue promising new music for 10 years and never explain why I can’t release an album while all of my peers are on their 5th album.

I'll show up and do the video and then that night the single I want "somehow" gets a snippet leaked online. If my fanbase creates buzz for it to the GP, I show the reaction l to my label and they release that instead and the scrap (video and all) gets leaked on the internet a few years later.

 

 

If what I want gets a negative reaction, ill keep  going with what the label wanted.

Depending on the audience response, i'll consider a re-recording and change in direction.
