Panic disorder is truly awful, I hope you're in remission since it never truly goes away for most people.

I am in remission. It recently came up when I flew a plane. But flying planes has always been a high anxiety stresser for me.

Something about seeing those women live in that gorgeous home and draw strength from their loving family to literally face down their demons is so comforting to me. Probably because I didn't ever really have the benefit of either of those things most of my life.

When I was in my early 20s, seeing the titular characters struggle to chase their dreams even as they made mistakes and got lost was extremely relatable.

 

Bonus: Devil Wears Prada will always be my favorite comfort movie.
