She said that the reports of them being "confirmed" are untrue, but hopefully they are actually in talks with Madonna to make it happen. Them denying this could just be so that their announcement is more impactful when it's made, I think similar things have happened before. If I had to guess, I'd say Coldplay and Dua are safe bets but Madonna is still in talks.
