Gaga revealed fairly recently she barely remembers this album and it reminds her of a dark time in her life. She clearly doesn't hold it in high regard and wants to move on. She knows what a mess it was. People need to accept it.

First of all, as a Liddo, I borderline hate that album on behalf of Gaga herself.  She dislikes that album for countless legit reasons, and yet the unstable mess that is DJWS keeps trying to make Act II happen for what is now ten years.  It was never going to happen.  Spend your A Star is Born coins and shut up

As the biggest ARTPOP stan and apologist there is, I will say this: DJWS ain't ****. Gaga wants to forget about this album and he keeps pushing it again and again for no reason other than getting attention. His plans didn't get railroaded, Gaga probably finally blocked his number and now he's mad. But that's on him.

At least 4 of her 7 albums were inspired by her trauma and "healed her". At this point, what doesn't trigger Gaga? The drama and depression never ends, all the while she is dating a billionaire and lives in the lap of luxury. Like come on now, she can just process her feelings and move on. She did not give her fans anything in forever, it wouldn't have killed her to at least allow someone else to do something special for a 10 year anniversary if she refuses to.
