This is really tough but I think it's gotta be All Too Well, Champagne Problems, and Out of the Woods. Those three bridges elevate already amazing songs into a different stratosphere.

Side Note: I consider Cardigan's bridge "to kiss in cars and downtown bars was all we needed, you drew stars around my scars but now I'm bleeding" and everything after as a final chorus and outro, but if that final section were to be considered a bridge then it would absolutely have a place in the trinity.
