did she lowkey become the suburban white mom's nonoffensive rapper since?

but the repercussions she wouldve faced if she said no to The Music Industry™ this early onto her career

No. If anything, she actually gained credit by collaborating with one of the most biggest popstars of this generation.

Didn't her manager reach out to Taylor or something?

No. She never had much street cred in the first place since she gained her popularity through tiktok.

Not when Kendrick collabed with Taylor first and is still respected/acclaimed

Please. She lost any real credibility by the time “Munch” came out. This girl is nothing more than a meme and she is not a real artist. Universal and Capitol rolled her out simply because of her unique look and hoped they could re-emburst their own Cardi B but her music fails to stick.

She doesn’t have hits outside of riding PinkPantheress’ jersey beat sound or thriving off of those Nicki Minaj collabs. Thats why Pretty Girl tanked and none of her solo “hits” managed to chart in the top 40 yet.

“Street cred”

As if anyone was taking her that seriously to start with, let’s be serious.

“street credit” … when YT users wanna sound ethnic and relatable. :rip:

Nah, the street saw it as a good opportunity for her, and she took it, they didn't liked the song too corny cringe but a taylor ft has to be like that...clean version sometimes. its not a cardi b theme song you know.:coffee2:

Why would she want "street cred" tho?

She's following the Nicki route of collaborating with pop artists early on.

No one remembers this remix exists and that's good tbh. Ice is fine, as they say make better music
