it is an ugly house.

 

but I think it's an investment? the ultra-rich can use large loans to invest and exponentially grow their wealth while paying off the house, which they will then sell for more than the $200m they bought it for, I'm sure.

 

that's just my hunch.

Warehouse realness. I love Brutalism but this just looks ugly and not well designed at all. I guess the inside looks wayyy better.

It doesn't look great for that price, at least the outside. More like 20M!

I mean the aerial view is ugly but who cares about that? I'm sure the inside is gorgeous and not like any of us will ever get to see anyway :rip:

House was built by William Bell, son of screenwriter and television producer William J. Bell. The home boasts 7,645 cubic yards of concrete and reportedly took 15 years to build. It was designed by famed Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
