Where you live currently, can you and your partner feel safe doing PDA, even if it's just simply hand-holding?

 

I don't have a partner currently but I imagine I would probably only feel comfortable expressing ANY PDA in the village tbh (and I live in the GTA). Granted I've seen gay couples (in rare occasions) holding hands in some suburb malls here, but I get ENOUGH NPC evil eye energy as is from crusty old dudes & overly narcissistic young dudes, so I wouldn't try it in the suburbs

Yes I imagine so. Probably pretty safe but you would definitely get some looks.

 

I've made out with guys in public but only in the evenings when people tend to give less of a ****. I've not walked down the street in the middle of the day holding hands or anything.

It's relative to where you are in town, but generally. You might get a couple of stares and a double stake, but people won't confront you—even if a remark is made under their breath. I often see a lot of female same-sex couples holding hands, but rarely any male same-sex couples. I still see a lot of guys wearing rainbows, though, and identifying themselves as LGBT. Where I live is generally one of the more liberal areas in the state, but that fades the further you get away from the city and into the backwoods of Louisiana.
