What are some albums that you didn't enjoy when they came out as much as you might have because you didn't feel like they were released at the right time of the year?

 

An obvious example is Solar Power, which was released right as summer was ending (if you live in the northern hemisphere).

I can't belive Alan Palomo released World of Hassle in September when it's so clearly a summer album

Definitely doesn't. 1989 TV being released on the same day as the OG makes perfect sense actually.

It has NO fall energy for me at all, I was blasting it all summer though.

It's the same thing she did with the original version, she released it in the fall even though it gives summer vibes.

 

I swear if she botches Reputation TV next year and releases it in the spring or something I will riot.

She really should have released Speak Now in October (though I think its more of a spring album for me) and 1989 back in July... but I know she's very set on dates.
