Does it have a chance to re-enter?

Not really I think. The song was removed from the charts due to Billboard's recurrent rules and not because it didn't perform well enough this week

I think if you’re over 52 weeks in the Hot 100, once you land in a position lower than 25, you go recurrent. So if CD is #10 last week + 20 Drake bombs it would depart the Hot 100.

If over 20 weeks, anything lower than 40 (or 50, not sure) you depart the Hot 100.

it makes 0 sense to me how this song was in the top 10 (if it’s such a hit) to OUT in the span of like a week …… zero sense

Crazy to me how many people don't know the Billboard recurrent rules.

Songs become ineligible to chart if they're below number 50 after their 20th week and not gaining in any metric.

Songs become ineligible to chart and drop out of the Hot 100 if they're below number 25 after their 52nd week.

Calm Down was number 10 last week. The combination of its natural decline as well as Drake debuting 13 new songs in the top 20 forced it out of the top 25, which also caused it to become ineligible to chart, and led it to falling out of the chart. It didn't drop 90+ spots in one week :rip:

Well It's stull stupid a song can go from to top10 to disappear in a week cause someone drops an album with 30 tracks and 29 of them will disappear in 2 weeks while calm down in 2 weeks from now will be more consumed than these 29 tracks.
