Furtado also commented on gaining strength through the things that are truly important, saying that "real power comes from not caring about power and just letting yourself be free" and affirming that it is "good to have balance in life". It won "Single of the Year" at the 2004 Juno Awards aka Canadian Grammy's, and was a top 10 hit in Canada, Netherlands, Austria and Germany, top 20 hit in the UK and Switzerland and peaked at #109 in the USA.
