Did One Of Your Girls make you cry? Queer Nocturnal Pop done right?

Troye has once again gifted the world with a heartfelt and soul-stirring song that encapsulates the queer experience and the universal emotion of longing. With his latest release, Troye manages to weave a narrative that resonates deeply with those who have experienced the joys and struggles of unrequited queer love.

Why do you think Troye has perfected the Nocturnal Pop genre and in a way has come out as Robyn’s heir apparent in merging pop sensibilities with emotional yearning.

The lyrics are poignant and beautifully crafted, reflecting the vulnerability and authenticity that Troye has become known for in his music. The pining for connection, the search for a love that feels genuine, and the yearning for something more are emotions that everyone can relate to, making the song a powerful and relatable anthem for the gheys and the GeePee.

This is true! That's an extremely undignified artist.

Not to be rude but your write up is cringe and the song is horrible. You going hard for this when Justin already gave us this but better in 2014?

If you seriously think this song is poignant and like... game-changing for queer people... you might need to expand your horizons.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad you like the song-- especially if you feel like you can relate to the lyrics. But projects like Dirty Computer, Oil of Every Pearl's Un-Insides, and Blonde are more innovative, forward-thinking queer projects. Something To Give Each Other is supposed to be a fun album that's very Troye-Sivan and something you listen to in the car or when you're smoking a J. It's not supposed to be high art and it's not trying to make a grand statement.

Agreed. The underlying meaning of this song is a bit depressing.
