Big studios have been using too much CGI when they have the money to use real effects.

It truly amazes me how a movie from 2009 (Avatar) can have better CGI than movies today with our technology advancements and AI.

wouldn't this be more expensive than just paying some random people? :rip:

No, which is why they're doing it.

AI is not fully prepared to replace humans anywhere yet

These executives think people are stupid and can’t notice it lol

I hope there are laws to protect people’s jobs before AI can fully fool us

This movie was released back in spring iirc, I remember a tweet earlier this year also complaining about the CGI

Why would they pay for extras when they can do it for free?

People are paying for this streaming service and Disney should want their shoes to not look like ****?

Exactly. Netflix was trying to be the film/TV equivalent of Spotify, these mfs could’ve just left their material on Netflix and collected their royalty check but nooooo everybody wanted to be their own streaming service. They can choke. I hope they never turn a profit on this business model.

out of context this looks like a scene from a horror movie where the protagonist is about to realize they’re the only real person in a crowd of killer robots or something :rip:
