I love it but unfortunately it still gets so much random hate

I absolutely don't. I usually like sweet and salty but I don't think it fits most pizza toppings I like and I think it overpowers the other toppings, so yeah.. not for me. But the hate it gets is so stupid

like, people in England DIP their pizza in mayo, barbecue sauce and all kinds of ****. that to me is much more sacrilegious than pineapple on a pizza

Don’t know why ham and pineapple is more common, pepperoni and pineapple is so much better.

Trust me, it's not all of us and some of us are equally as disgusted by that behaviour as you are

I like very few things on pizza and pineapple isn't one of them... but it doesn't really offend me, there's worse things being done in Italy like 'American pizza' being served in every pizzeria topped with fries and hotdog
