I used to be a mouth breather when I was a kid but everything changed when I got scared after seeing this

Nose breather BUT for some reasons I don't position my tongue correctly (it stays at the bottom of my mouth and it's not touching the roof) and recently I learned that this can lead to the example in the second picture

Through the nose, but sometimes I catch myself breathing through the mouth because I suffer from sinusitis

I do, I'm seeing some difference on the jaw/cheeks. 

Maybe at least give it a try for like one/two weeks to see how it works for you !
