Caroline Polachek potentially stole the melody from a Simpsons game released in 2003.

The dramatics in here. Pang and Desire are both great albums. I prefer Desire, but if you were to put either album on in the car, I wouldn't go "You didn't put on Desire! How dare you!"

it's a bit of a reach but if this gets us to agree that this album was grossly overrated then I'll agree anyway :clap3:

This guy on YouTube remade it in 4K and it looks amazing, but he can't release it due to obv legal reasons.  :chick3:

Pang is cohesive, Desire sounds like mixtape

I guess kinda? this just reminds me of what I said in that Olivia thread that one time, that songwriting includes callbacks to older melodies, it doesn't diminish the originality or talent of the artist though

idk i'm too winedrunk to get into this fully but as a songwriter, eh.

oh and, since y'all are probably also talking about this though I haven't checked, Pang and D,IWtTiY are both pop masterpieces :clap3:

Hit and Run is actually amazing tho. One of the best PS2 ive ever played, actually. And its pretty acclaimed too, it has a big cult following.

O.T.: I dont hear it.

However the song + vocals scream Imogen Heap. Perhaps it should be compared to something from IH instead? Im sure ive heard a similar song.
