Her last album was good, it just came out far far too late. I was so hyped and excited when the snippets came out but lost it all due to how long it took for album to be released.

Praying it’s her droplet era before the next body of work. She had HTH pretty much ready for a good year before we started getting anything. Personally hoping she’s scrapped the max songs and is writing about her separation or something that feels honest. HTH is fun and I’d of loved it more back in my younger days but I think Ellie does darker pop music a lot better than her light hearted stuff. I‘ve been revisiting lights and halcyon a lot recently and her imagery, lyricism and metaphors were so incredibly bleak but relatable considering she was so young. I will never understand how the woman that wrote “you’re as bright as the sun, and as a calm as the moon, I don’t know when you’ll break, but it’s gonna be soon” is somehow the same artist that actually released songs like “do what I love”
