I am truly perplexed by what swifties expected. Beyoncé was supposed to take a deal with less money through a third party production company when she has her own production company for these kinds of things, yes that’s the way to do it! Are they scared her film will be better?

I was at a date where it was raining on and off and songs got skipped, excited to watch this when I’m in a warm theater and not shivering and cold

AMC offered her the deal Taylor created. There wouldn't be an "offer" if Taylor was not disappointed about studios, contact the AMC CEO and made a never been done before deal out of it in the first place.

Except that Beyonce never made a distribution deal with theaters before, she made her deal with studios like everyone else. The event just took a place in theaters.

The audacity of Swifties to say Beyoncé is copying/influenced by Taylor when Taylor literally copied elements of the Renaissance era by suddenly incorporating ballroom into her music during the Eras Tour. Taylor has a black dancer voguing during her show when there is no song of hers in history that is influenced by ballroom nor makes anyone want to vogue. 
 

Anyways, the truth of the matter is Bey started shopping around the film in early 2023, but no deal was made with a production company or a streaming service due to possible budget issues and a lack of desirability. Articles stated that last month. Streaming platforms are no longer offering large deals to artists and who knows if they ever will again after the recent WGA & SAG strikes. BTS was the FIRST music act this year to release a concert film to theaters, then Taylor, and now Beyoncé.
 

Beyoncé has always been a smart business woman. She has always signed business deals that allow her to have majority ownership and/or profit. To think Taylor had any ”impact” on Bey’s deal with AMC is comical.
