Her face looks Photoshopped on someone elses body

This is confusing coming from someone who has spoken openly about her gender issues beforehand and I don't think this reaching mainstream attention will be good for trans people.

Kim shouldn't be blamed for people's bigotry. Regardless of her gender expression, for them she's a man and forever will be, unfortunately.

Also, this is just a character for a photoshoot, she's not going around dressed like that or will use that costume again. If cis people are allowed to do drag, trans people should too.

Slay for her I guess but I must say I'm mildly concerned what this will do for the image of trans people (as a trans person myself)

I fear we don't need more people thinking this is a dress up game

I’m not trans but I’d assume trans people shouldn’t be concerned about the opinion of transphobes and restrict their lives trying to not offend people who are going to hate them anyway?

I am gay and I feel the same about gay people trying to please homophobes

very that plus it’s quite obvious to me that this is political commentary through art.

This is nice and all but some people literally get hunted and killed for being a GSM in some parts of the world :matty:

OT: Weird optics. I don’t have a problem with it if she doesn’t but… yeah, just weird.

This ***** thinking she’s Lee, I have to laugh. :sorry:

I’m sure Kim and all other trans people restricting themselves from expression will surely convince everyone that wants to viciously murder trans people that they are actually really nice obedient people that deserve to live as long as they listen to murderous transphobes :heart2:

is that really her? or did she put her face on someone else's body?

Judging by the pics seems like she got a 'fake body', one of those people get for cosplays and stuff like that

It's a silicone suit sis. Like breastplates for drag queens but for women to transform into drag kings. It ends directrly under her chin and goes into the pants to give the illusion of a male body.

Who cares, we should be able to create freely without the thought of what cis people think.

The way some of y'all go out of your way to hate everything she does :rip: it's getting weird she's not to blame for other people's bigoted mindset.

Hmm I don’t like this mostly because bigots will use this to attack trans people.

Posted

Her past of both defending right-wingers like Dr. Luke and trying to conjure up bigotry towards herself when she needs a distraction from the criticism she gets for her problematic behavior makes me wary of the motives behind any of what she does, but I really don't see how this is any different than any trans person doing drag related to their birth sex.

It would be a baseless critique against someone like Gottmik so it similarly is baseless here too.

I think that's cool. Trans people can express themselves in any way they want. The fact that Kim feels comfortable enough doing this is a good sign, probably illustrates that her dysphoria is completely gone, like not now, but in general (not that I know her relationship with dysphoria, just projecting my own feelings on this).

Kim could sneeze and someone on this forum would say she's giving trans people a bad name by sneezing offensively :toofunny3:

That doesn't look like a bi dom top, more like a gay dom bottom.
