She owns 4 connected properties to Tribeca with an compared square footage of 18,653 ft. She commonly allows family and friends to stay in some of the units for free Security lives in one of the units to.

 

One of the units is a townhouse she bought mainly so she could have a garage. Sophia is likely staying in that townhouse.

 

Basically, the property is big enough that she can invite multiple families to live with her.
