Nope the one on the soundrack is the right one added. It has 5.8M streams already

Not sure where you're seeing those credits but it's NOT an official upload because when you click on "Show Credits", this is what actually shows up:

 

 

This is the track that was unofficially uploaded on Sep 20 by this profile and all those streams are going to that person and not Gaga, as you can see:

For some reason, Spotify erroneously recognizes it as a Gaga track and merged/linked it with the official track on the soundtrack but it will probably get taken down by UMG sooner or later.

Well when I play it or playlist it and show the credits, the Gaga/RedOne credits + Hollywood Records label appear. Kind of the proof they merged the fan upload to the official.
