Click Clack Posted September 18, 2023 Posted September 18, 2023 GaGa has been good in my book since she was caught streaming this top 10 hit, which is difficult to get now back to BOZOS 2 1 6

The Chromatica Ball (2022) grossed more than all of the self-proclaimed Queen of Rap's tours combined. Don't even try it. 1

Her mission obviously failed and they’re getting rid of her as we speak. Which is why her sophomore album is never getting greenlit because she’s a failed investment and nobody at Atlantic wants to pay for more writing camps because it’s just not worth it. But when was she ever on top? It's like... at the beginning of her career she was basically trying to be one of the pop girls (imitating all of them and paling in comparison), in 2014 she was overshadowed by Iggy (who scored a #1) and the hype surrounding her, and then I don't recall any of her own releases 2015-2017 (before Cardi came to allegedly "take her down") being particularly big? "Truffle Butter" ft. Drake & Lil Wayne - #14 on the Hot 100 (2015) "The Night Is Still Young" - #31 on the Hot 100 (2015) "No Frauds" ft. Drake & Lil Wayne - #14 on the Hot 100 (2017) "Regret In Your Tears" - #61 on the Hot 100 (2017) "Changed It" ft. Lil Wayne - #71 on the Hot 100 (2017) 3

Just a Gay on ATRL Posted September 18, 2023 Posted September 18, 2023 Song is a bop and I will play it, but yeah this is bad and really surprising - if you'd told me in 2020 or 2021 that Cardi/Megan's second collab in 2023 would not debut in the Top 10, I would've said no way. No tea no shade but I feel like something like this needed to happen to Cardi to wake her up that she can't keep releasing random singles with no album in sight anymore - maybe this will re-ignite her passion for the follow-up album to re-prove herself to people.
