I mean this was her emergency alarm already lol

I know :monkey: It’s looking bad, bad now.

Not releasing immediately after WAP and Up will always be her biggest career mistake ever.

That video has 14 million views after 4 months. BFFR.

Because no one cares about watching her walking around her back yard in some random, idgaf I’m gonna shoot this with my phone camera music video that she released weeks after the song was already out. If she had actually cared, it could have had a budget and collected some views.

Effortless reference to her own verse and collab from nearly 10 years ago. That’s what happens when you write!

The posters pretending that debuting one spot below RRDS is no big deal need to read the OP again. Even if they had the exact debut, it would still be embarrassing for Cardi given the effort put into promoting Bongos compared to nothing from Nicki. RRDS debut was based off Nickis name alone. Cardi’s name doesn’t have the same impact, and adding a VMA performance, radio deal, a TTH placement and a $2 million MV wasn’t enough to match Nickis name power.

Thanks babe, that’s why I tried to add some context here so we could do some real comparisons :clap3:

1 spot difference is really not the flex you think it is. They both technically underwhelmed.

Nicki’s career is in a sad state if you felt the need to make a thread about Cardi’s song debuting one spot lower than Nicki’s.

This stan war is literally so dumb. Both sides need to get a grip.

You should go back in the first pages of the Bongos thread to read all the comments about Cardi coming to completely end Nicki after she announced this 1 week after Nicki’s single flopped. THAT’S the point here.

BG loves no context

that’s why they’re comparing this to LTSY and calling that PF2s lead

There will never be two fanbases who desperately need hobbies, friends, a job, or their internet access revoked more than Barbz and Bardi Gang. Y’all desperately need to get in touch with reality instead of fighting over two grown ass women who don’t give a **** that you even exist. I’m crying

I feel like bardigangs don’t exist it’s mostly just people who don’t like nicki uplift Cardi to piss off the Barbz. I haven’t come across a single person on the internet who is a Cardi music STAN.

But it didn't. Nicki's next few solo drops charted even lower and she's done guest guest verses and teasers for her album.

Yall been riding high off WAP dupes where she gropes Ice Spice and Barbie cosplay. Relax.

This is factually incorrect just off the strength that Cardi B does not have an actual fanbase

Yall got giddy over top 50 debut and it actually debuted top 15. It outstreamed and sold multiple songs charting higher but didn't have the same peak in radio.

A top 15 debut still proves that Cardi and Megan can strike hot with the right material. And we'd be fools to think that Cardi won't try again in a few weeks.

One have a VMA performance, radio deal, HEAVY playlisting, and a big video budget that the other didn't. Make it make sense.

that one fleahive is doing a lot of deflecting but let’s not get distracted from BOZOS completely missing the top 10

Nicki had TWO VMA performances and hosted. Nicki has had heavy playlisting, big budgets and hyper visibility for her several other songs over the last 2 years. Her supposed lead to her album FLOPPED.

So what are we saying?

If it were any other week outside of Q1, Sleezy Ruby would have charted even lower. :biblio:

And if that (failed) last ditch attempt to debut in the top 10 with the multiple versions wasn’t released, Bozos would have charted even lower

We can go through hypotheticals all day long but it doesn’t change reality :michael:

And this is why these threads happen, because you all DESPERATELY try to attach Nicki’s successes to other factors. Has Ice Spice ever had a solo top 10 on the Hot 100? Why didn’t so many other Barbie songs from the soundtrack outperform Barbie World? SFG was only a hit because it was a sample? Etc… Y’ALL are the ones that need to relax and take Nicki’s name out your mouths :clap3: I NEVER said Bongos flopped or talked **** on its position. The entire point here is everyone that talked on and on and on and on about how Cardi was officially ending Nicki now need to eat their big-ass slices of humble pie.
