They murdered and claimed to... what they call a "honor killing" for "shaming the family".

Well the prophet himself married a 9 year old child so they probably feel justified.

Most of the countries who legally execute homosexuals do have Islam as their main religion.

How does the government determine who that is? Are you suggesting European governments currently don't screen people who move to their countries? What do you think the screening process is and how would you specifically change it? What policies would you add?

 

(And then how does one reconcile the idea that homophobic conservative Muslims are at odds with European values with the reality of homophobic conservative Christians dominating societies like Poland and its no-go zones for LGBT people? Do Polish people get their freedom of movement similarly taken away?)

 

I don't know why this is so hard. One user said immigration policy needs to change. When asked for specifics, they couldn't articulate any actual policy they disagreed with or how they would change it. The 5 of you wbl have rushed to their defense have similarly failed to answer the question. Just answer tje question.

Imagine being chased out of your own country, scared for your life and your family's future, eventually landing in one of the safest and wealthiest countries in the world but still having the audacity to act like that in the name of religion.
