Possibly, the one I remember is before Youtube really blew up and she had an interview overseas where she took credit. The problem is that at the time people were making overseas commercials (old David Hasselhoff cheesy commercials). and celeb interviews go viral for calling out lies and Beyonce's claim to write that song was one of them. Ne Yo said on camera that Matthew Knowles contacted him and smirked that it was all good: needless to say Ne yo likely got more publishing % and was also able to get publicly praise by Beyonce when she won I think VOTY or something at the BET awards. She made sure to thank him first so I think that got settled.

 

Rihanna is a great pop star. She's not trying to prove she is a artiste so it makes sense what Sia said.

Yeah, I mean personally I don't care who writes the song and I find it a bit funny how every pop girl going is suddenly a writer also. It's just not realistic.
