Taylor has a nice voice but she's not a vocalist. Olivia by far.

Taylor is MEDIOCRE singer. She's always been a mediocre singer and she will always be a mediocre singer.

 

Olivia, even though I'm not a big fan of the WAY she sings, is a good singer and will only get better with time:

The people who voted for Taylor need to take their stan goggles off  Olivia absolutely washes Taylor and she’s much younger and her voice is still maturing. 
 

Taylor has improved immensely but she could never pull off a song like Vampire. Olivia could sing pretty much any of Taylor’s discography.

Taylor Swift is THE worst modern singer in terms of vocals. She CANNOT produce vibrato, and she CANNOT hold a note.

Taylor is not a singer. She's more of an entertainer that can read dear diary texts rather well.

I love Taylor, but Olivia's got a technically superior singing voice. Olivia's voice has the capacity to be stunning, raw, soulful, and tender, sometimes all within the course of a single song 

 

Taylor's voice remains a bit underrated though, see her performances of Wildest Dreams and Seven for example!

Olivia has the higher ceiling here. I dislike her singing, but there's obvious room for improvement.
