If we're talking about music released AT their peak I would say Mariah>Donna>M=Britney>Taylor. Most of the artists in this OP saw tremendous artistic growth after their peak years though.

Replace Britney with Beyoncé for the 2000s. Bey was Billboard’s most certified female artist that decade and her 2000s albums aged better.
