Amazing how the focus of these "exposés" has gone from actual abuse and exploitation to generalized meanness and now "erratic behaviour".

Yeah, I don’t think there’s anything here that will get much attention. Everyone’s been talking about him being a messy drunk for years. I remember the peak of it was his repeated hand injuries, and that was almost ten years ago now.

Kelly and Drew better do better!

Kelly's show was already exposed for being toxic :skull: it was the producer tho not her

Not shocking one bit

He is the worst host for me

He literally cannot act genuine for one second, always looks faking to be interested and engaged while fake-laughing in-between in timed intervals

So uncomfortable :skull:

Oh yeah, I forgot about that, MESS. Due to the overwhelming amount of these shows being exposed to be toxic waste dump sites of morally deplorable behavior, I think a larger conversation needs to be had about mistreatment of staff behind the scenes at these shows and why.

The article is damning, Yikes. Fallon’s show sucks and he has been known to be a fake af in front of the cameras for a long time. Please replace him with someone funny and talented - we’d ALL appreciate it! No one actually likes him.

It was only a matter of time. That man did not give me a good vibe. He seemed very fake.

If a reporter calls enough former employees of a show (or company) that's been around for decades and employed hundreds/thousands, they're guaranteed to find enough people willing to say something negative anonymously. Of course, the reporter never includes any of the positive responses they received - just the salacious and negative ones.

Ellen’s scandal decimated her image for her generalized meanness and overall toxic work environment. These talk show hosts thrive off being seen as wholesome and approachable. That is also Jimmy’s entire schtick. This will hurt his image. There’s also a ton of evidence in the article - sounds like they spoke to a ton of people before posting this

It may not be illegal to be mean and treat your employees like crap but it is certainly allowed to be brought to light so that people can make do with that information what they may.  This is how the world works in corporate too - when you leave a shitty workplace you’re allowed to tell other people not to go to that job in the future because it sucks and has a terrible culture. That’s basically what they’re doing here.

I know we all have our good and bad days, but to bring that kinda energy into the work place and make others feel miserable is horrible. These celebs should indeed be accounted for mistreating their workers.

The same HR that allowed numerous verbal and physical abuse, homophobia and sexual harassment to run rampant for a decade at Days of our Lives. Trash.

100% Gross. NBC/NBCUniversal really need to shape the f**k up.

Two employees remember witnessing Fallon scold the crew member who was in charge of his cue cards in the middle of a taping with comedian Jerry Seinfeld. They say it was an uncomfortable moment. Seinfeld told Fallon to apologize to the cue-card production member, which he then allegedly did. The employees say this incident, which felt awkward to watch, did not make it to the version of the show that appeared on television.

I know Seinfeld is imperfect but it's nice to see someone of his caliber (tbh probably above him on the totem pole) stood up to him.

I went to his show last year in the audience and the member that mentioned the forced laughs and reaction part this is absolutely true, it’s annoying to some degree.

The crew seemed very relaxed tho, and he was nice behind the scenes at least that day

I obviously don’t know what he is like with his people when no one is around but I personally didn’t get any shitty vibes
