None of this is surprising. NBC has one of the worst HR departments in Hollywood. 
 

This is the same HR that classified Sophia Bush’s sexual assault at the hands of her Chicago PD costar as “anger issues”. The same HR that allowed numerous verbal and physical abuse, homophobia and sexual harassment to run rampant for a decade at Days of our Lives. Trash.
