It's funny because didn't Gaga release ARTPOP late. I believe she pushed it back literally months.

I meant more like when Gaga released Applause on the same day as Roar because it leaked.

 

ARTPOP was announced in the beginning of year I think, so was Applause, Katy announced her era later than Gaga did I remember.

Yes. But originally ARTPOP was supposed to be released in early 2013, but she had hip surgery and pushed everything back. It was neither of their fault they released so close together.

ATLANTIC clearly has no faith in her. They keep testing the waters with these mid ass singles and if this one tanks, things won’t be looking good for her sophomore album. There’s a reason why Atlantic decided to rather invest in artists who can tour globally and bring in revenue to the label and Cardi isn’t one of them.

 

Let’s hope this one smashes and the label can finally greenlight that sophomore album

They tested the waters and got 2 #1 singles in a row, why didn’t the album come out then according to your conspiracies? 

And im not too sure if Ava Max, FKA Twigs, Melanie Martinez, Charli XCX, GAYLE are all artists who can tour around the world and bring in revenue, yet they just released records
