I don't think she has the authority to ban her from performing, but I'm sure she would find a way to say "Either I'm hosting or they're performing, both can't happen". It would be iconic tho to get Nicki to introduce them, it would be a gag tbh.

I doubt she will present them if they are performing. There are multiple presenters confirmed and one of them will probably present Cardi and Megan if they are performing
