base talk Taylor completed her tour film in a few months. Gaga couldn't do it in a year. Why?

Taylor kicked off the Eras tour on March 17, 2023, and she is releasing a concert movie on October 13. 

 

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga kicked off the Chromatica tour in July 17, 2022 and wrapped it on September 17, 2022. We are in September 2023, almost a year after the tour finished and she still didn't release it.

 

She also has absolutely nothing going on besides shilling make-up while Taylor has been working hard on shooting music videos, doing re-recordings, licensing her music to different TV shows and working on a brand new album.

 

What is going on?

Well Gaga was busy filming Joker 2 so I don't think it was even her top priority + she's surrounded by a bunch of talentless yes men, unfortunately. Taylor is the smartest and hardest working woman in the industry atm. Releasing it at the height of the buzz is perfect.

that chromatic tour vid probably didnt even exist until the backlash from the nurtec ad got too loud so she her team had to come up with something to appease the fans

Taylor is going through her creative peak right now and wants to strike the iron while it's hot. Meanwhile, Gaga these days probably feels less fulfilled releasing independent music that is not attached to a project outside her Pop brand and would much rather focus on her acting career (unless she fumbles that bag, she'd probably lose passion for that too then). But she also recognizes that she can't project this to her fan base which mostly consists of unabashed Pop music lovers which is why Chromatica, an album that her team of producers pushed her to record (according to her own words) is being extended for 3-4 years as an era because she still needs her core fan base on her side while she leverages in her side projects.
