I stan both, but T clears Ariana. Love Ari’s discog but she really doesn’t take risks that payoff that often outside of Sweetner.

 

You can boil this entire discussion down to just Amethyst vs. Christmas and Chill. Both created in about 2-3 weeks while the artists were bored at home with their families for Christmas (Amethyst 2014, C&C 2015). Ariana kept it clean and cute and it’s a great little EP, Nashe created a masterpiece.

I almost put YT over Aquarius bc it's nostalgic and I love it, plus Aquarius does have a few filler tracks. But the first 3 tracks on Aquarius alone just make the album so strong. Also YT's closing tracks kinda ruin the average of everything else.
