Right. All this manufactured hysteria boils down to people not being able to mind their business about other people's healthcare decisions and needs.

 

One can only hope Murphy is just terribly misinformed, but saying "Big pharma laughing all the way to the bank" is way too deep in the transphobic rabbit hole and also very dehumanizing towards trans people.

It's not only a lack of understanding about our experiences or basic humanity, but also a willingness to attack and marginalize us when our visibility increases past a point that they consider "acceptable." Always complaining about gay or trans people showing up on Netflix or in a movie, as if we didn't exist at all and/or must always be relegated to fringe adult content. It's really bizarre and scary.
