absolutely nothing. its a "sorry I got caught" "apology" in which she literally says she doesn't care, will continue to have her "fixed beliefs" (in this case transphobic beliefs) and a quick "I would like to be excluded from this narrative"

That is really sad that she’s rather say goodbye to her dedicated lgbt fanbase than try to even understand why we were upset.  Worse is she not only was transphobic but she invoked my identity as a gay man to justify it.   And then says she was never for us in the first place okay.

What exactly is the "doesn't" part? Because this wasn't an apology. This has nothing to do with 'parasocial relationships' and everything to do with a famous person, who has a large platform and huge queer following and who is sharing openly ignorant and transphobic views. Instead of trying to educate herself is digging her heels and refusing to listen. People are rightly disappointed and disgusted with her behaviour.
