AI can easily replicate his voice

It's not like he does many lines too

+ they've got many studio crystal clear recordings to work with

Lol Ai voice acting definitely sounds like something Scamtendo would do to save a buck :deadbanana4:

I was worried for a second there when I started reading the headline. :dancehall: I'll miss him but his new job sounds exciting. I met him once at a convention and he was very kind.

They've already got Chris Pratt doing Mario's voice in the movie, they'll definitely just get a new VO.

+ Nintendo doesn't want any ethical backlash

What would they need AI for? More versions of "mamma mia"s and "let's-a go"s? :deadbanana4:

I'm pretty sure they have millions of pre-recorded things they can use, it's not like Mario is serving monologues

I always thought he was much older, for some reason. Though Mario never had too many lines, he was still a prominent part of my childhood.

He probably saw how much Chris Pratt got paid to just talk normally and decided to retire. :deadbanana2:
