Is Trolls Band Together about to reunite one of the greatest boy bands of all time?

After the trailer for the upcoming animated film -- the third installment in DreamWorks' Trolls franchise -- hinted at a boy band reunion storyline for Justin Timberlake's character, Branch, a source exclusively tells ET, "JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick are expected to have surprise roles in the third Trolls film, Trolls Band Together, with Justin Timberlake."

The source added that the quintet will also reunite as *NSYNC to release a new song for the movie -- their first song together since 2001's "Girlfriend."

Ive been seeing Tik toks about this for so many weeks  and apparently a tour might be in the works too now that JC has finally resurfaced? I can understand if it's just a one off thing but isn't Justin coming out with a new solo project/era in the next few months too?

As long as JC is the lead on the song, we're good.  Justin Timberlake is not vocally Beyoncé in his group. Let's call a spade a spade.

I mean, in 2013 he did do a joint tour with Jay Z and then went on his own solo tour after. So it's possible.

The reason is his Janet sabotage created a moratorium on popstars appearing at halftime shows for a year or two, scuttling JC's album rollout which was centered around an upcoming ProBowl half-time show performance that had to be canceled.   

 

Whining about Britney when he was the cheater aside... you also don't find it corny that he took an entire album of shelved MJ songs to make his debut album?  Where is the creativity?

And MJ was his idol growing up. It’s not really that surprising he would make that type of music for his debut.
